Artists Communicate

The piece that I created was a picture of Jesus coming out of the tomb. This drawing is meant to portray the though of being born again and getting a second chance in life through the Lord. It is meant to make you think about forgiving and moving on.

The message that is supposed to be conveyed is that you are always able to be born again and be forgiven for the mistakes that you have made in the past. The name of my piece is "Born Again" because of the message. I used oil pastels to draw this piece due to the vividness of the colors that are available and I wanted my drawing to have very bright thought provoking colors.

in conclusion this may not be the most well draw piece but it has a lot of heart and meaning behind it.
